Job Description

MEP BIM Modeler involves in collaborating with other disciplines to ensure proper integration, identifying and resolving conflicts, and supporting the project throughout its lifecycle with a focus on ACMV systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver tasks that fulfil the needs of both our project team and the main contractor
• Attend regular online coordination meetings
• Collaborating with architects and other disciplines to ensure project cohesion
• Ensure models and sheets are precise and kept up to date
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the team leader
• Able to attend bi-monthly physical meeting (Manila)

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in mechanical engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in BIM Modeling
• Effective at carrying out instructions
• Skilled in prioritizing tasks
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in ACMV (Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation) systems
• Able to use Microsoft and other software required for work coordination
• Total focus on the team’s objectives
